Executive Roundtables

The mission of our Executive Roundtables is to provide invaluable management insight with on-going research and threaded dialogues through non-competing peer-to-peer research, benchmarking, discussion forums, events, and research publications on a variety of business technology management issues such as Agile Enterprises, Sustained Innovation, Extended Enterprises, Governance and Organizational Design, Shared Services, and more.

Our roundtables educate and address current and future solutions that will have an impact on governance and organizational design; strategy and plan; strategic investment management; and strategic enterprise design. Hosted by a group of distinguished business technology executives and thought leaders, their shared background of hands-on experience range from business model innovation, product and strategy development, and efficiency, to multi-million dollar program implementations and full organizational transformations.

These programs include:

  • Peer-to-Peer Exchange - Gain actionable insights and targeted guidance on a broad range of business technology management issues facilitated by a real-time exchange of lessons learned, best practices and market intelligence, in a non-competitive environment. Members attain cutting edge answers and advice from peers and industry experts on the mission-critical issues and challenges they face through moderated online forums, teleconferences, and research sessions. These various event vehicles encourage collaboration and provide invaluable management insight with on-going research and threaded dialogues on a variety of business technology management issues related to Agile Enterprises, Sustained Innovation, Extended Enterprises, Governance and Organizational Design, Shared Services, and more.
  • Benchmarking - Identify opportunities with the highest-impact on management improvements at every level of the organization, whether enterprise, function or process. Utilizing benchmarking tools, templates and a well-defined management framework, the BTM Institute guides its members through ongoing industry benchmark results. These benchmarks are used to identify, quantify and prioritize opportunities for improvement to create strategies that drive change. Results of the assessment are also compared to a Convergence Index. The Business Technology Convergence Index is a comprehensive database of enterprise-wide business technology maturity levels of approximately 100 commercial enterprises and public sector entities.
