Partners may deliver consulting and educational services based on BTM Framework principles, concepts, methodologies, processes, and best-practices.
Program for Solution Providers
The BTM ValueXpress Strategic Partnership Program leverages BTM’s extensively researched and practiced methods, patterns, models, and analytics that are vital to crafting value driven, complex business solutions by participating partners. These partners can also portray solution value scenarios utilizing BTM value indicators such as the Business Technology Convergence Index, Business Agility Index, Sustained Innovation Index, and Operational Excellence Index.
The models and templates found in the BTM 360™ Management Platform can be used in conjunction with a solution provider’s proprietary approach or technology to digitally ‘white board’ customer specific solutions. This process can be used to engage customers in value-driven opportunity exploration and to create solution options that meet a customer's business goals. These same templates and patterns also provide the analytics and dashboards to manage and track solution implementation and value for optimal financial results.
Companies and/or individual practitioners that provide referrals to BTM that result in licenses for BTM 360 and/or services will collect a commission determined by a percentage of the closed business. BTM recognizes that every partner has unique needs; therefore BTM provides a range of marketing support and resources to help drive business in order for our partner's to meet and surpass their goals.
Program for BTM Solution Delivery
Our programs for partners who deliver BTM Solutions include the following two categories with characteristics designed to support specific problem areas, market focus, and/or geographic locations.
- BTM Solution Delivery Partners sell and deliver packaged BTM Solution offerings. They leverage the BTM Framework and Software Applications in the solutions they deliver to their customers
- BTM Solution Development Partners jointly develop market-driven solutions with BTM and deliver them to their customers. Partners that are interested in creation of templates, patterns, methods, and content within the BTM 360 Platform can generate revenue and enhance their selling process by addressing relevant business and technology issues through market-specific packaging. These templates, methods, and patterns include pre-defined best practices, taxonomies, metrics and other artifacts in support of driving repeatable financial and operational value.
