Leading the Business and Technology Convergence Space
In 2003, the BTM Corporation launched the BTM Institute. The international think-tank BTM Institute is the first organization of its kind to bring together a select group from the academic, corporate, government and thought leadership communities as a multi-disciplinary research think tank to address the long-standing need to manage business and technology together. Through various research initiatives, publications, books, and knowledge communities, it is the goal of the BTM Institute to continuously advance the global knowledge of Business Technology Management (BTM). Over the years, the Institute has established an extensive research agenda and now leads this principal collaborative research effort among multifaceted experts and academics.
Founder | Management Team
Our Chairman and CEO, Faisal Hoque, founded the Company in 1999. A former senior executive at General Electric (GE) and other multinationals, Mr. Hoque is an internationally known entrepreneur, author, and thought leader committed to helping organizations transform into ‘whole-brained enterprises’ through the management science of Business Technology Management (BTM), which he conceived and developed. In addition to our founder, the extensive international management team of BTM Corporation brings over 200 years of experience in business and technology management, ranging from Fortune 100 companies (General Electric, IBM, Unilever, Emerson Electric, Eli Lilly, etc.), early and growth-stage technology companies, academia, management consulting, investment banking (UBS, GE Capital, etc.), venture funding, and social entrepreneurship. Their shared background of hands-on experience range from business model innovation, product and strategy development, and efficiency, to multi-million dollar program implementations and full organizational transformations.
